Persatuan Kesusasteraan Kanak-Kanak Malaysia Refund Policy
“We” refers to the organization “Persatuan Kesusasteraan Kanak-Kanak Malaysia”.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your payment, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds for online and in-person courses are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact [email protected] for any inquiries. We reserve the right to deny any refund request for any reason whatsoever.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Courses redeemed through coupons (if applicable)
Only regular priced courses may be refunded, unfortunately courses redeemed using a coupon code cannot be refunded. If a coupon code is used for a discount, only the amount payed will be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
